Cpl Michael McCristal x (Lilydale), 1st Signal Squadron: Arrives back in Australia from the Middle East on the HT Ypiranga.
January 9th, 1920 –
Spr Cyril Barnes (Lilydale), 3rd Division Signal Company: Arrives back in Australia from Europe on the HMAT Aeneas.
January 22nd, 1920 –
Frederick Bunt (Wandin): Arrives back from Europe on the HT Friedrichsuch, he had already been discharged from the AIF as medically unfit in August 1918.
Sgt Harry Hoadley (Olinda), AIF Headquarters: Arrives back in Australia from Europe on board the HT Megantic.
James Currie (Seville): Arrives back from Europe on the HT Megantic with his English war bride and child. He had already been discharged from the AIF as medically unfit in December 1918 while in England.
February 4th, 1920 –
Lt Tom Lydster MM & Bar (Wandin) 4th Machine Gun Company: Arrives back in Australia from Europe on the HT Konigin Luise.
Pte Frank Warwick (Lilydale), 11th General Service Reinforcements: Arrives back in Australia from Europe on the HT Konigin Luise.
Pte Harold Dozell (Lilydale), 59th Battalion: Arrives back in Australia from Europe on the HT Konigin Luise. He is sent back to Australia under escort to serve out the unexpired portion of his sentence for desertion.
February 6th, 1920 –
Pte Wilfred Yeaman (Montrose), 201st Battalion (British Army): Arrives back in Australia from Europe on the HT Solfels. During 1919 he had been part of the special Relief Force to serve in North Russian.
February 10th, 1920 –
L/Cpl Henry Millward (Olinda), 39th Battalion: Arrives back in Australia from Europe on board the HT Port Napier.
June 19th, 1920 –
Sgt Albert Rouget x (Wandin), AIF Headquarters: Arrives back in Australia from Europe on the HT Bahia Castillo.
Pte Henry Lalor x (Montrose), 7th Battalion: Arrives back in Australia from Europe on the HT Bahia Castillo. Having embarked from Australia on October 19th, 1914, he had spent the longest time overseas of all the volunteers in this study.
June 29th, 1920 –
Pte Harold Dozell (Lilydale), 59th Battalion: Is released from military imprisonment at Pentridge Gaol after serving out his sentence for desertion from His Majesty’s Service in 1918.
July 21st, 1920 –
Pte Richard Moloney (Lilydale), 24th Battalion: Is discharged from the AIF in consequence of desertion while in Fremantle, Western Australia and for being illegally absent since February 16th, 1916.
